DJ Rotation & Artwork

Our preference/priority is DJ's commit to a 2 hour show but we understand some may only be able available for an hour. In such circumstances we would ask that those 1-hour slots be filled after the 2-hour slots are confirmed.

We ask DJ's to email the following to admin@partycaribbean.com

1) Your preferred 2-hour slot

2) A hi-res image of the DJ

3) A hi-res image of the DJ's logo

4) ALL DJ'S ARE EXPECTED TO USE THE OVERLAYS PROVIDED TO MAINTAIN THE EVENT BRAND AND EXPERIENCE.

We will do our best to secure your requested slot/s, where there are clashes, we will speak to those DJ's to try and resolve it.

We would also like to know any DJ's who have the flexibility to "fill in" gaps should a DJ have an emergency circumstance and can no longer deliver their show.

Music Policy

In relation to this event, we would expect a music genre split of; 80% Soca and 20% optional.

We believe in each DJ expressing their art-form as they so chose, we don't believe in the restriction of content BUT as the legal registration of this brand is in the UK, we will implement a watershed.

DJ's who are on rotation between 06:00am - 10:00pm UK time we will expect their shows to be free of profanity. As some of you are aware, we are making application for our music license so we need to keep the brand clean.

This subject is open to discussion pre-event but we will enforce this.

Audience Donations

We're currently exploring app integration within Zoom for audience donations & pull up's.

We learnt a few things from the NHC '20 event and some of DJ famalay within the movement have shared what has and has not worked during this COVID life.

Our thoughts so far is that we will create a single pot for donations/pull ups to be paid into. Should this feature be successful, we will deduct the costs which hosted the event and the remaining balance would be split evenly across the DJ rotation.

In all honesty, we're optimistic on this.

Event Marketing/Promotion

1) We will push our audience to eventbrite for event registration and data capture.

2) We will push artwork via our email database and socials no later then 1-week in advance of the event.

3) We will have generic artwork per day/themed event and unique artwork of each confirmed DJ with their shows/theme their associated with.

4) We expect all confirmed DJ's to push this event through their socials and if possible any other shows/events their affiliated/associated with.
